Real Alcazar de Sevilla
The Cathedral and the โAlcazarโ Palace โ originally a Moorish fort and once the Royal family residence. This palace is one of the best remaining examples of โMudรฉjarโ architecture, a style under Christian rule in Spain using Islamic architectural influence.
Walk around the outside of Real Alcazar Palace, home of King Juan Carlos, and admire its array of architectural styles that range from Moorish to Neoclassical.
The entrance is not included and please be careful with the time if you decided to use all you free time in Seville (3 hours) to visit the palace

Sightsee independently, shop for souvenirs or relax over lunch in one of the cityโs atmospheric tapas bars (own expense); how you enjoy your free time is up to you! Then, meet your guide at the prearranged time and travel back to your hotel in the Algarve where your day trip finishes.

Long day but really lovely trip- sun shining and our guide Ana was just brilliant at making sure we knew lots and then where to meet her- only regret is that we didnโt see one of the many sights of Seville- would happily do this again and book a tour of one of the sights in addition.

Such a wonderful city to visit especially when itโs so close to the algarve. Ana was very welcoming and knowledgeable giving us lots of help before and on the trip. Brilliant that the coach picked us up right outside the hotel and dropped us off too! A fantastic day with lots to see, we only wish weโd stayed longer!!!
