Great fun snorkeling trip

We wanted to do some snorkeling on our visit to Albufeira, having done this activity on other holidays but did not take our gear with us this time so decided to give Easydivers a go. All the staff and instructors were very friendly and helpful with all equipment being provided (wetsuits, mask, snorkel) and the dive shop had great facilities for getting changed including showers and free security lockers for valuables.
During the boat trip to the snorkel site, we were shown some coastal points of interest as well as instruction using the equipment for those that had not snorkeled before. There were nine of us on the trip and we were split into two groups of 4 and 5 with an instructor for each. The snorkeling was great fun although my wife had to return to the boat feeling a little unwell and was well looked after by the boat crew.
Being the Atlantic, you're not going to see a huge range of sea life. Having snorkeled in the Caribbean before where sea life and variety is abundant, we knew this would be the case. However, we still saw plenty of varieties of fish and sea life and really enjoyed our trip including the fun fast boat ride back to the marina! The whole excursion lasted around two hours in total with around 45-60 minutes in the water.
We really can't recommend Easydivers enough. They were friendly, knowledgable, caring (looked after my wife superbly) and really made our snorkeling trip memorable. Thanks, Easydivers for the great day out!

To start with the team were amazing made us feel at ease. Everything was explained thoroughly. Snorkeling itself was amazing would highly recommend to anyone.

Super aardige gidsen, mooi snorkelgebied, zelfs de boottrip erheen was leuk. 10/10 en zeker een aanrader!
Good snorkeling but did not see much

We booked the snorkeling trip via Tripadvisor. The trip itself was nice, but because of the algae in the water we could not see anything, which was a pity. The people who did the trip did not tell much about how snorkeling works and about the sealife, which I think is a miss. Then suddenly we were in the water, without much of instructions. Also, I got the feeling that during the snorkeling in the water (there really was some swell) we were not really watched by the instructor. I think I would do it again but then on a clearer day / water, or maybe next time with instructors who do understand that if you cannot see anything, at least it is nice to tell something to the group about the sea life / the sea / snorkeling
