Great experience! The owner gave a tour of his vineyard and explained the wine making process. The wine was phenomenal. And the driver picked us up from our AirBNB and took us on a tour of Albufeira. Highly recommend!!!
Super!

Such a fun experience and more than we expected. Our driver was super friendly and chatty and we felt he went above and beyond picking us up directly from our accommodation and dropping us to the marina. The vineyard tour was very interesting with a decent amount of wine tasting - we just felt more tapas would have been ideal although we were a group of 5 and we were hungry. Would recommend.
Do it! You won't be disappointed...

By far one of the best days of our holiday! Kody picked us up in a tuc tuc (such a nice and funny touch) and took us for a 45 min tour round Albufeira first as we hadn't seen the old town as yet. Gave us some really good ideas of where to go during our stay.
The building is actually beautiful!! Super modern and so impressive. Edgar was great at explaining everything! They cater for weddings too and I can see why! I'm not even engaged yet and I could feel myself planning my wedding!!
We got 6 different tasters of wine after our vineyard tour, and I would say 90% of us loved all of them! You also get some tapas which ok wasn't a huge amount but its a lovely touch.
Gorgeous setting, taken care of amazingly...would definitely recommend!!

Very interesting tour. Not rushed. Time for questions. Lots of tasting. People friendly and picked up and dropped back. Taxi driver was friendly and very informative. Well worth the money.
Great experience, very interesting and delicious wine

Great experience. Got shown around the winery and plants and an explanation of whats what. Got to see where the grapes are pressed and bottled too. The building itself was beautiful, really lovely modern design. After that we sat down and got to try 5 wines and Firewater along with a tapas board which was also lovely! Magui picked us up from our hotel in her tuk tuk and dropped us off where ever we wanted. Really lovely friendly person!
Fantastic wine and beautiful views

Cody arrived on time, very friendly. Despite having been on several wine tasting tours, mr Edgar and his niece were very informative. It’s a beautiful setting for the wine tasting with generous glasses.
Simply fantastic.

Quite simply the best tour offered. Cody was an exceptional host & the group quickly gelled for a fun afternoon. I would recommend this tour to anyone.
Really enjoyable

We booked it last minute and were a bit unsure of what to expect. Cody messaged me in the morning and was so nice and accommodating. We really enjoyed the market and loved the winery. He even stopped at a supermarket for us because we needed groceries on our way home!
Phenomenal couple trip, the vineyard will take your breath away

Fantastic trip for couples, the ride over to the vineyard on the open top buggy is just wild. A great way to white knuckle across Old Town and see the sights.
The vineyard tour with Edgar is incredible, would advise wearing trainers as there’s a walk along the vineyard. We were wowed about how much work there is involved to run the vineyard and how dedicated Edgar is to his family business. We got to try 6 wines and had a light cracker and cheese spread, in one of the most beautiful spaces. It really is just a phenomenal one of a kind experience.
Enjoyable Experience

Cody was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, wine tour was interesting and delicious! Very enjoyable for couples.
Review of the wine tasting tour - overpriced for what it is
Rachel S, 13-10-2022
We went on holiday as two couples but the other couple on our trip fell ill and couldn't attend the wine tasting. Nevertheless, my partner and I still attended and were told we would be picked up at 3.30pm outside of our hotel. At 4pm we're still waiting, so I rang the company and was told we would be picked up shortly.
Around 4.10pm we were finally picked up by a lady in a transit van. There were 4 other girls in the van that had come as a group.
The tour of the vineyard was great, Edgar's niece Joanna was very informative and it was interesting to learn about the wine making process.
We were then sat down for the wine tasting. Considering this is advertised as a wine and tapas tour, I do think it's slightly cheeky to then charge additionally on top of the £43 already paid for the tour.
The "tapas" given at the table was nice, but sparse and not filling in the slightest. Other groups around us were provided with second portions, but we were not.
The wait in between each wine was disappointing and probably let the trip down in our opinion. The setting is lovely, but there isn't much atmosphere during this part.
We did, however, end up buying three bottles of wine as we liked them so much.
We were then informed by Cody that due to the weather (it had gotten cold by this time), he had to take a family with a baby back first and there wouldn't be enough room in the van for us. The family with the baby had arrived in the open top jeep and it was too cold for them to travel back in this. He did ask if we were okay with waiting, but as we were going to meet friends we said we'd get a taxi.
In fairness, Cody did book and pay for an Uber for us but I do think this was slightly mismanaged as essentially it seemed like there were too many people and not enough transportation for us all. The 4 young girls we had arrived with also had to get a taxi back to their hotel.
Overall we enjoyed the wine tour but I'd say it's overpriced for what it is!
